In continuity with the debate initiated in BccN last year on the “Social Return of the Audiovisual” in this edition considers reflecting on the production with a local perspective and its relation with public. What mechanisms exist to support and strengthen local production and which do not exist and in change we are able to imagine? We will explore the relationships of the varied audiovisual ecosystem with public institutions: framework of public criteria, aid, creation and training programs, accompaniment to production and exhibition, etc. To be able to ask if there is room for improvement and mutual enrichment. What would we change from what we know? What would we do if we could start all over again?
